Canada is a country of 32 million people, with cultural groups from all over the world. It's cultural diversity is expanding. Canada has a deep commitment to cultural diversity. When everyone is accepted and respected, the result is a more harmonious, a more creative, and indeed, a more stable society. ACA would like to work in the light of these goals.

ACA feels that the sense of belonging and inclusion are attributes that need to be cultivated and maintained. This is a process - not an end. ACA believes that with continued support from its participants, it will stand up to these values.
